Highland Park 12 Medium Smokiness, slightly sweet, with a grassy note.	Redbreast 12 Deep dark fruit, vanilla, sweet grain, long on the palate, with an oily mouth feel	Green Spot Green apples, Toffee, light fruit, Goes big, then levels out nicely
Tyrconnell 10 Year - Port Finish Sweet on the nose... was not pleasant on the palate...tennis balls, and rubber ... we believe we had a spoiled bottle.	Bunnahabhain 12 Little bit of caramel, and salt on the nose, follows with a bit of spice, hint of char from the barrel, vanilla and cherry.	Glendronach 21 Parliament Brown sugar on the nose, Rich toffee, molasses, and vanilla, with wood on the palate, goes on forever.
Glenmorangie Signet Gentle on the nose, Complex taste with many waves of flavour. Dark chocolate, coffee, a little bit of spice. Long on the finish, changing to a sweet dark chocolate (Like a Riesen Candy)	Linkwood 15 Oaky, oily and brown sugar sweet, with some hints of summer fruit (strawberry-esque)	Ledaig 1999 Strong Peat on the nose, mellows out on palate with vanilla and fruitiness, but peat never goes away
Dailuaine 2002 Malty, almost cooking spice sweetness, hints of lemon, almost resembles a lemon tart	Glen Breton - Battle of the Glen Barely sweetness, with green or crab apples, little bit of wood spice creeping in towards end.	Forty Creek - Founder's Reserve Not your typical Rye spice, more sweet than spice, caramel and orange, almost like orange chocolate.
Michter's Small Batch Bourbon Sweet corn syrup, brown sugar, oaky and a little spicy. Long, long finish	Wiser's Legacy Typical rye spice, creamy with hints of zest fruit.	Ardbeg 10 Peat Bomb!!!. Deceptive on the nose, hints of Maraschino cherries and hints of peat. Loads and loads of peat on the palette, but in a good way.
Laphroaig Triple Wood Very Unique, can really taste the influence of the three casks. Hints of vanilla, and almonds, but majority of palette can be described as a damp leather chair. Sounds weird, but really unique, finishes oily and goes on forever.	Lagavulin 16 Peaty, but very, very smooth. Has a cereal sweetness and hay-field sweetness, but in the end the Peat shines through - earthy and sweet	Writers Tears Cask Strength Limited Cereal sweetness and fruit on the nose. Butterscotch, toasted wood and creamy. Hangs around forever
Westcork 10 YR Vanilla and chocolate from the bourbon barrels. Shows its age on the palate. It is pleasant but not complex nor challenging. Pleasant and smooth.	Yellow Spot Peach and Apricot on the nose. Fruit on the palate, creamy, big and bold, but in a good way. Lingers in the mouth forever.	Gordan and MacPhail Bunnahabhain Cask St BIG!!! Hazelnut, salt, caramel, chocolate orange and super oily and long. A crowd favorite.
Bruichladdich Islay Barley 2007 Sea salt spray, barley sweetness, hay and honey. Long	Glen Moray 18 Nose is different than palate. Sweet ripe fruit, honey sweetness. Palate is more vanilla, and raisins. The finish mimics a ginger ale.	Kavalan Single Malt Rich, fruity, vanilla and a little bit of woodiness. Decent, but not complicated. One dimensional
Balblair 1999 Vanilla, oily, chocolate orange, but with a little bit of spice, sort of like a gingerbread house.	The Balvenie Caribbean Cask Tropical fruit, sweet vanilla and toffee, sugary sweet from the rum. Long finish and delicious	Glenfarclas 15 Sherry, rich and sweet, hint of smoke and green fruit.
Glenfarclas 17 Rich and sweet. Much more delicate than the 15.	Glenfarclas 21 Deep, dark and sweet. Vanilla, oily and just a hint of smoke.	GOT House Stark Dalwhinnie Nutty, sweet, lemony. A little spice. Nice dram, but not complicated, light and sweet
GOT House Targaryen Cardhu Caramel, apples and cinnamon. Sort of like an apple pie. Easy drinking, not a complicated whisky	GOT House Lannister Lagavulin Peat and sea salt (like all Lagavulin's), some sweet fruit hidden in there. One of the better GOT whiskies.	Redbreast 21 Rich, smooth, yet spicy, with interesting notes of pepper, apple pie and cloves. Amazing, complex and one of the best so far at the club.
Tyrconnell 15 Oily, spicy, goes on forever. Burnt orange and peach.	Glendalough 7 Smooth, butterscotch and a little bit of spice from the copper pot. Good value	Knob Creek Cask Strength Rye BOOM!!! Big and spicy. As one member put, it throws you down and has it's way with you.
Crown Royal Noble Collection - French Oa Mellow, easy drinking, little rye spice, vanilla.	Glencadam 15 Dry, almost like a white wine, cinnamon and cloves. Changes in the glass as you leave it for a while. Very pleasant, with a little complexity.	Port Charlotte Very peaty, but great earthy flavors, sweet notes of grain
Oban 14 Fruity, bold, a hint of smoke. A classic	Green Spot - Chateau Montelena Slightly spicy, but rich with wood, smooth fruit and caramel	Forty Creek Victory Loads of Vanilla, wood and honey. Long pleasant finish
Glendalough 13 Mizunara Oak Done in 2 different barrels, brings out vanilla and oddly enough coconut flavors.	Glencadam 15 Sweet, creamy, green fruit like apples or pears.	Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 - Port FInish Two barrels give it loads of wood, plums and a hint of chocolate
Glenglassaugh Evoluton creamy chocolate, cherries, ripe melon and the tiniest hint of smoke	Booker's 7 BOOM!!!!! Big, Bold, oily, intense fruit, spicy and vanilla. Crowd Favorite	Canadian Club Chronicles 41 Yr Old Subtle caramel, vanilla and baking spice. Very smooth, plum, vanilla and caramel. Goes on forever
Wiser's 23 Yr Old Cask Strength WOW !!! BIG BIG BIG . Sweet on the nose, almost maple syrupy. On the palate, oak, little but of spice, grain and cereal sweetness.	Forty Creek Resolve Vanilla, Apple Juice sweetness on the nose; sourness, spice and oak on the palate	Compass Box Hedonism Toffee, Vanilla and creamy... so good and easy to drink, but not simple.
Penderyn Celt Sweet, with fresh fruit and hay... then a hint of peat... very interesting	Little Book Chapter 4 Cask Strength... Big Bold, woody, oily and cinnamon spicy.	Alberta Premium Cask Strength WOW ! This one is big, bold and awesome. Spice, Vanilla and whole lotta other stuff. Must Buy!
Bunnahabhain Toiteach a Dha Peaty and salty on the nose and palate, has some great flavours of sherry and dried fruit (raisins and plums)	Puni Gold Summer fruits, vanilla and a hint of the spice from oak barrel finish. From Italy, was not your typical whiskey, but good non the less	Ardbeg Wee Beastie Ardbeg smoke, but with sweet elements of grass and hay. Chocolate on the palate. Very good whiskey and for the price, can't be beat.
Glenmorangie Cadboll Oak, biscuits and sweet deserts on the nose, followed by an extremely creamy butter tart and sweet pear on the palate. All around awesome dram. Highly recommended.	Highland Park 18 Classic Highland Park nose. Sweet with a little smoke. All around awesome whiskey	Nikka from the Barrell Honey, Vanilla and fruit on the nose. Golden Delicious apples and almonds on the palate. Finished long with liquorice.
The Matsui Peated Ummm. very interesting journey into Japanese peat. As one person put it, "It's the tire isle at Canadian Tire" and she was not wrong. Not a crowd favorite	Kavalan Soloist - Ex Bourdon Tropical on the nose, mango and coconut, spicy, smooth with more ripe fruit. delicious!	Rampur Asava Cabernet Sauvignon Orange Zest and honey on the nose, then marmalade, a hint a Tabaco and a long sweet finish
Armorik Double Maturation Green Apple, Citrus Fruit and flowery. Super long and sweet	High Coast Hav Smokey Swedish Berries!! Vanilla and some spice. Crowd Favorite	Gelndronach 15 Revival Rich, dark and thick. Ripe dark fruits, hint of coffee, and dark chocolate
Glendronach Port Wood Rich and Sweet. Caramel, ginger and honey with a hint of cinnamon. Like eating sticky toffee pudding	Benriach - Smoky 10 Fruity and smoky at the same time, done in rum casks, so you pick up the rum sweetness	Writers Tears Japanese Mizunara Cask Green Apples and pears on the nose, Big, smooth and creamy on the palate, cloves, vanilla and even coconut, one the best of the year
Laphroaig Cairdeas 2022 Smoky, leather Tabaco, not a crowd favorite	Jack Daniels Bottled in Bond Caramel, oak spice and baking spices.	The Irishman - Cask Stength SO GOOD !!! Chocolate Orange, cherries, roasted hazelnut and fresh berries.
Teeling Single Pot Still Creamy, smooth. Apples, apricots, caramel and milk chocolate.	Ardbeg Uigeadail Sweet and Smoky - big peat, but lots of earthy flavours with sweet berry and caramelized glaze and cake.	Evan Williams Single Barrel Smooth and easy, Walnuts, caramel, buttery with a bit of spice.
